ANTI-RACISM, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION: POLICY 5139 The Clark County School District (District) rejects all forms of racism. This policy ensures that incidents of discrimination based on race are prohibited. The District encourages all employees, students, and parents/guardians to reflect upon and take appropriate action when they are aware of racially motivated incidents, racial discrimination, and racial aggression. The importance of this policy acknowledges the negative impact experienced by individuals, the District, and society as a result of racial discrimination and racism.

POLÍTICA 5139: ANTIRRACISMO, EQUIDAD E INCLUSIÓN El Distrito Escolar del Condado de Clark (distrito) rechaza todas las formas de racismo. Esta política garantiza que quedan prohibidos los incidentes de discriminación en base a la raza. El distrito exhorta a todos los empleados, estudiantes y padres/tutores para que reflexionen al respecto y tomen la acción apropiada cuando sean conscientes de incidentes motivados por racismo, discriminación y agresión racial. La importancia de esta política reconoce el impacto negativo experimentado por las personas, el distrito y la sociedad como resultado de la discriminación racial y el racismo.
